Spotless rooms and hypoallergenic pillows. Exceptionally comfortable bed and caring staff. Nice quiet area, stunning location, just off the train station, the Center and bars and restaurants. For shots visit All Bar One New Street, nestled within 10 minutes' walk of the hotel.

The apartment looked like a scene out of a horror movie, everything was dirty and the towels were practically falling apart. I expected at least a complimentary bottle of water, but apparently they think everyone enjoys dehydration. What a fabulous surprise upon arriving to a broken TV and a sofa that seemed to have seen better days. Absolutley outraged!

Central Birmingham vibes 🏙️
Location is spot on! Just a quick stroll to the Bullring for shopping and Grand Central for trains. Enjoyed the city views from the 8th floor-such a nice touch! The bed was lekker comfy for a solid night's sleep!
The kettle was a bit of a struggle. Had to use a knife to press the button!

Amazing apartment with fine views! It had everything we needed, like a washing machine, private bathroom, and a kitchen with all the essentials. The living area was cozy, and the balcony was perfect. Definitely a good value for money with great amenities and atmosphere!

The room had a great, interesting view over central Birmingham! It was clean and basic, perfect for a quick stay. Getting the key was a little confusing, though, and the decor was kind of tired. But for the price, it did the job just fine. It was quiet, which I appreciated.

The hotel's location was good, close to many things. The room was beautiful and comfy with an amazing rain shower, up-to-date decor, and a balcony/terrace. I would happily go back again.
